At present, our factory, a Taiwan sole proprietorship, has 3 PVC calendaring production lines, 2 rubberized fabric production lines; and 2 production lines for both dry PU and wet PU. Our products are in various kinds of specifications, patterns and colors, such as PVC leather, PVC tarpaulin, printed-embossed sheets, and dry / wet PU leather. Our products are widely used for footwear, bags and trunks, garment, balls, sofas, vehicles (inner decorations, e.g. covers of seats, steering wheels), stationery, wardrobes, air-beds and toys. Our company has the latest PVC hard sheet machines working under computer's automatic control to specialize in transparent / not transparent PVC hard sheets. These products, after the automatically-collating printing machine and automatically-calendering machine's processing, are turned into printed-calendering hard sheets with different kinds of veins, patterns and properties. Meanwhile, cooperating with the vacuum steaming machine, our company has developed and manufactured the electroplated metalline glitter sheets that helps us to expand the application field of PVC material. Our company is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, which is a harbor city at the north side of the Yangtze River facing to Shanghai. In addition to the domestic market, we also export our products to the USA, Japan, Philippines, Turkey and many other countries and regions.
